Yo,

OK on the 4wabs module.

Did you find the harness connector that needs to be jumped?

That back up alarm should be disconnected and stored for now if you want to keep it after the bigger issues are solved.

No I don't have that. I went to ford cause I have a friend who is the parts manager there and we looked it up mine has rear only abs. and does not have that large plug you pictured in. it has that small plug to the black box for the 4wabs. would it be that and if so what wires?

***** the backup alarm that is stupid. I cut the wires to it

Yo Brian,

On page 1, I posted a pic of the connector by turboghost showing what needed to be jumpered.

Did your friend explain why the 4wabs HCU is in there? Because

Rear abs (RABS) was in 87 through 92 Broncos and those years did not have that HCU.

Are you sure you have a 93 and it's not a 92?

Yo Brian,

OK. I am wondering if Ford used left over RABS SYSTEM on your early 93 model year (MY93). FORD did this in other years for different parts or systems.

One more look... do your 2 pics on page 1 look exactly the same as I posted for this 4WABS Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) pic by Steve? Here it is...

Yo Brian,

I didn't see this until I posted the Brochure.

OK, first pic is a 4WABS HCU (PUMP)

I found an interior wiring harness specific to that year on ebay for $80 so I bought it.

it just came in so I'm gonna put it on this week and see what happens

sorry been MIA a couple of days I have been helping people working on their cars. now back to mine lol

harness wont let it start so its not the right one YAY

I really appreciate your help Meisk you are the only one I have ever even gotten to reply to me

the old harness I think has a grounding issue. the blsck plug on the back of the instrument cluster has like 6 wires that show continuity to ground.

could the plug itself be bad?

Yo,

OK,

Does starter relay click and:

Starter cranks but engine does not fire and run?

Or

No relay click?

Here is the Wiring Diagram for start circuit;

Do accessories such as the radio work with key in accessory position?

Check Grounds
