Hey guy's. I was wondering if anybody could tell me where i could get a reasonably priced catalytic converter? See i took one of mine of last year and now i won't pass inspection. Or if u know where i can get the whole bolt on set up. and if u do, do u know if that set up will bolt on to some headers i have had sitting in my garage for about a year now. Thanks for the help.

Did you remove both or just the one? better yet, is that why it failed or were the tailpipe readings off? Here in jersey, our standards are pretty strict, yet we only require the one. I cut my secondary cat off, ran an emissions test on it, and was still way within the specs. <mine is an OBDII test, I know, was checking just for curiosity>.

I only removed one. The rear one. the guy who took it off for me said it should still pass. I live in Texas, but i'm not too sure about our laws about emissions. I whent and got a diagnostic check today. They said it was a o2 sensor. So i'm thinking I should try replacing those first. That's still gonna run me about $100. just for the parts. But i'm told thats a pretty easy fix. I guess i'll find out after i try to change em out. I hope that works, cuz my bronco ran better after i removed that bad cat and added a flowmaster 50 series. But thanks for the advice. I really apreciate it bronc76! And I'll check out that link aswell.
