I remember doing that trim I waited till late afternoon so the sun would get it flexible it just takes timeReplaced the shrank and rotten flexible trim in the window rubber. Have not messed with this sort of chore in almost 30 years, but it came back after about 5 mins. Those little corner pieces can be a real PITA. Skill prevails.
