Swappin Help!!!

I have an 87 bronco with the 300 6cyl,3 speed automatic,np208 t-case.I just purchased a 429 cobra jet that was in a 70's model bronco and was wondering what all i can look forward to when installing it.I know i will probably have to change the trans but what else?If any body can help i would appreciate it.
