Straight 6 to V8 Engine Swap

I have a 69' bronco that I want to swap out the old 6 cylinder to a 302 V8 with an Auto/manual tranny.

What kind of off the wall parts and tech stuff will be needed to handle this major rebuild?

Is there a web spot with info covering such a swap out?
