Im going to stick with 33" tires so I can fit in my garage, but want to go wider than the 33x12.50x15 looking at possibly some 33x13.50x15

I have 15x10wheels will there be any problems you can think of, it appears with my lift I have a ton of room

The only place it should rub if any is the radius arms. Best way to check is to turn the steering wheel full turn and check space between the tire and the arm. if you can accomodate the inch then your good.

You may loose some turning radius. --Vince

you know I didnt think of the radius arms, I have the extended skyjacker arms and the tires on it now dont rub

I hate to get new tires, the tread is like new but there are weather cracks on the tires from time

so I was told they were shot

Check the DOT number on the side of the tire. We usually change them if the date is more than 2 years out. Most of the time the cracking you see on the side is only cosmetic. --Vince

Try airing a tire down to almost flat and try to "peel" the tread apart. If the cracks are deep and something that needs repalcing the cracks will appear larger when looked at in this manner. I checked with a buddy and his '91 Bronco has 33x14.5 Ground hawgs on a 4 inch lift and he says he does not rub.

Oh he has 10 inch wide wheels, not sure on the backspacing.

the cracks are not on the side walls they are between the treads, probably from sitting and sun

Really? Not to criticize you, but isn't that kinda wasteful? I know my bronco can't be driven more than 15,000 miles in 2 years... Or do you mean tires at the dealership?

True. It's the cracking on the inside (that you can't see) that you need to worry about.

Unbelieveable, You must live next to or know my ex-wife in Georgia. Is it the name that I go by or just my location that has you fixed on trying to contradict everything I say. Tell you what I wont go behind you if you do the same for me. I remember stating that changing the tires with expired DOT is something that "WE" do. Usually this refers to where I work at. --Vince

HAHAHA, this is just crazy. This isnt the only thread that I have been on that this guy has tried hammering me. --Vince
"Hammering" is such a harsh word. I just asked for clarification one too many times.

I won't say anything else to you.

BTW: you forgot to mention in your signature that you're missing the third lug nut from the left on the right rear wheel.

I'm really done. Promise.

Not the third, the fourth. Depending upon the position of the left front wheel as it is facing Southeast. LOL. --Vince

like some one mentioned befor onthis thread... you wont have a prob. with the 10 inch wide rim.... as long as your back spacing is good!
