You need to find a set of manual doors to pull the regulator crank assembly out of . It will bolt back in where your electric assembly is now . There are 3 if I remember right aluminum rivets that hold it in the door they are kinda big and if you drive the center steel pin through it you can easily use a chisel or a drill to knock the head off the rivet . I did this on my plow truck its not too bad a job the door is kinda confined space though be careful of sharp edges . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

thanks guys. after getting new door panels and puting in the manual regulators can i still use the power door locks by cutting and putting the buttons through the holes and fab up a cover plate or something? i've got a few ideas drawn up but any ideas are welcome.

You can buy new door panels that have power locks and manual windows, so you won't need to cut. I believe Bronco Graveyard sells them too.
