Hi Men, Passenger window. Check motor works fine, wiring fine.glass starts up stops. then i hear a clicking noise, i am thinking gear on motor? what do you think???? Defiant

I would guess that if you remove the window motor and remove the gear plate you will find LOTTS of broken little white plastic pieces mixed up in the grease. Clean them out put more grease in there, light grease not anything thick and gummy, replace those tiny plastic pieces with three dowels available at any autoparts store and online. Some have used 1/4" nuts with measureable success, my rear window has them.
