O.K. I've got a 67 E.B. that came factory with a 6 cyl., 3-spd, and Dana 20. Someone swapped the I-6 for a 302. I noticed the valve covers are nearly touching the firewall and it looks like the plastic for the vents has been modified. The motor stands have been cut out ond replaced by some fabricated steel mounts. I was told that this was a V-8 swap gone wrong. I need to know if it is done correctly and if not what needs to be done to fix it. My future plans are to add a NP-435 transmission, so please let me know the changes that I need to make based on the NP-435 tranny swap. Thanks.

YEP..!

(they used the I-6 parts instead of buying the V/8 parts)

Talk to Toms Br. parts, Wild Horses, James duff, (west-coast) or, Jeffs Br. Graveyard (east-coast)

They can supply you with what's needed to locate the motor correctly.
