Hey im new to this forum so i apologize if this problem has been talked about before. I bought a 1991 bronco w/351 in it with only 14,000 miles on it. well it was a snow plow truck for a gated community and the transmission was shot on it so i had it replaced. while i was driving to school on the highway going about 65-75 the tranny started to stutter and it felt like it was not catching OD. when this is happening the truck feels like it has no power to accelerate. Does anyone know what could cause this?

I pulled The Check engine codes and i got 332 is EGR valve opening not detected, 311 is Thermactor air system inoperative (right side), and 116 is ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts.

Welcome to Bronco Zone!!! OFten times, an engine problem will cause the E40D auto in your 91 to run poorly, soI'd take care of those things first and see if that clears it up. You can find alot of useful info on troubleshooting and fixing your bronco on our good friend Mieks5's website:
