ford 9" axle codes

I just bought a ford axle and dont know what its from and if it is a 9" or 8" axle. the code is WCD-E 3.00 4MB 403 If any one can hep I would greatly apreciate it. thanks again.

Looks like a 28 spline 9" from a 1965 Thunderbird with a 3.00 ratio.
