Maybe I am missing the obvious but ...how do you replace the door glass? Do I need to cut the welds on the door glass frame and pull the glass out through the top, then re-weld the frame? I can't find the answer searching on this site. Any ideas?

You're in a heap of trouble now!!! You need to strip the inside of the door, arm rest, panel etc. There are 2 tracks for the glass, the rear bolts through the rear of the door (2-3 bolts) the front bolts through the inside of the door, you'll need to un'bolt the regulator and the glass should be free inside the door, turn it side ways and lift it out.

I made that sound simple, it's really a pain in the b***. Once you get the panel off you'll see how it's mounted. You'll probably wring off a few bolts and screws and the brackets that hold the frames will be rusty and want to break off, but then you might get lucky!

Have fun.
