yo!
WELCOME!
No, it won't operate at all using any Ford 92-96 and up cluster or speedometer (called the Programmable Speedometer Odometer Module (PSOM) in 92-96 Bronco, & Ford trucks and other year Ford cars)
I know of only one person that did make major changes to his early 80's Bronco and then swapped in a 92-96 instrument cluster w/the PSOM; he changed the 9" rear differential to a 92-96 8.8 w/Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) & Internal Tone Ring (also called Exciter Ring); Source & pic; Item #32392; "...This is the ring inside the axle housing that the VSS/abs sensor reads off of. 8.5" outside diameter,108 Teeth..."

fyi, Sensor, VSS or RABS?; by Bronco1 - "Depending on the year; 1992 + - It's called a RABS sensor, or a DSS (diff speed sensor), or rear axle sensor; others called it the VSS
and swapped in a 95 4.9L from F-150, complete w/ computer, all accessories, and a 96 Bronco gas tank & electric in-tank fuel pump.
The 92-96 PSOM and cluster needs the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) mounted on the 8.8 rear diff w/tony ring as well as the harness.
there are 2 ways to wire it; the hard way as he did by installing the 4WABS system and running the VSS signal (2 wires) thru the 4WABS Module and onto the PSOM; or using the F series wiring to run from VSS to the PSOM.
I have to look @ all the other gauges and indicator light in the cluster to see what has to be done to make them work.
Here is the 96's overview diagram;
