Hello, any help/advise is appreciated. My Bronco has a Dana 20 twin stick setup. I was helping a neighbor pull a stump over the weekend, and locked my t-case in low as well as the hubs, since then I can free the hubs fine and I got the t-case out of 4-low into neutral but when trying to shift the rear back into hi it won't go. With extreme pressure sitting at a stop transmission in neutral it will start to grind when trying to force it. I can put it back in low range. But I would sure like to get it back into high soon any ideas? One note I was on dry pavement when pulling that stump. And the t-case output shaft seal leaks a little not bad though.. It was doing that before. Could it be low on geear oil? So much for being helpful. Thanks for reading this.

Hi 74., welcome..,

More info. needed... You could fill-in your profile & sig. pages (see mine below) it shows on ev. post.

Eng. trans., floor shifter., mods., etc., etc. Basically, everything you know 'bout your rig...

May need to pull the floorboard shifter cover & have a look... But I/WE don't know what's there on the floor, if anything.

A 4 speed with the good HD 11 inch centerforce clutch, rebuilt dana 20 trans case with the good twin stick shifters. The front end is Dana 44 with trac loc differential and 411 gears, Warn locking hubs. 3 way adjustable tie rod and drag link set up. Rear end is the good Ford 9 inch, 4:11 posi, big bearing fitted with the high end Moser HD alloy axles

Thanks I just figured it out. I removed the boot for the twin sticks and found the stick controlling the rear was bottoming out on the tunnel/floorboard. Strange that it didn't do that before. But I made the modification, and it slipped right into High range. I'm glad it was that simple. I should have looked before posting. Thanks for inquiring to help.
