So I deceided to beef up the driverside radius arm since the passenger side has the wristed arm. Reason why is the driverside arm is the only one holding axle wrap and could bend under load.

I used the same route one would go to build extended arms (like in Bronco Driver Mag a few months back).

Used 2x3 3/16" angle and finised the C cup area with 3/16" flat stock.

You can built it cheap...

It costs $10 for a 5' piece of angle, I had the flat stock but that would be another $10. Welding rods, grind disc and standing disc $10. So for $30 you can do it yourself if you got a welder that is.

This is the same idea as doing extended radius arms.

Just think how expensive the extended radius arms cost $250-400 depending on bends etc. The radius arm extension will extend the arm 10.5" can be purchased from Stonecrusher. Not sure on cost but can't be over $50 for the pair. All they are is thick wall tube threaded on both ends. One end threads onto your stock arm and the other end is for a heim joint. Box it all up and its done. I still like my wristed arm so I decided not to do the exteded arms.
