In picture is that a washer with the holes? Won't come out seem part of nut? Why you think the scratch markings all about? Thanks, really do appreciate yall's replying back thanks again!

Still working on trying to remove washer and nut. I guess the washer is recessed into the nut? Maybe the markings are someone had tried to remove it before? Any input will be appreciated thanks

If it is, someone put the nut in backwards. Let me see if I can find a picture of the "keeper" I don't see it in your picture of parts up there.

You need to remove this keeper or retaining key. It is the one next to the nut in the RH picture, bottom but is what you have

Yay!! Got the nut off took a punch got it turned out see picture. The new socket I ordered could not handle the torque that nut was. Thank goodness the nut was not case hardened steel. Bearings look good back seal had been popped off seen little water had gotten in. What's a good kit for this 1995 to order? Thanks

Looking at the brake hose it looks original maybe why the brakes ain't real good maybe rubber has swollen. Do you know what size nut the brake line be? see picture. Soaking it with PB blaster thanks!
