automatic hubs and floor shifter

I posted this in the other main section when I really shouldn't have. I have a 96 XLT FS Bronco with auto hubs and the 4x4 no longer works. I shift the floor shifter through the gears all of them 2H to 4L and it engages I can hear it. But the front tires do not spin at all when engaged. This should mean that the auto hubs are shot right? Or are there other possibilities? I forgot to say my truck has a floor shifter and not the push buttons like the other XLT's. Thanks

Yeah if that would work better. I know some people on forums can be down right picky. I'll do that tomorrow at work and see what happens thanks again for the info. I'll keep you posted.
