You can use the ones that are on your rig now. Drill out the rivits, flip the shackle bracket over and weld or bolt them back on. This will lift the rear a bit, usually 3" if kept in same location. Some raise the bracket so it doesn't lift so high and match the height up front.

you can do this, but you wont gain quite as much lift as if you used the front leaf spring hangers. that will position the shackle much lower in relation to the frame, gaining you around 4-5 inches.

so you're saying replace the rear shackle hangers with another set of front ( rear )spring hangers? and then flip the shackles? also does anyone know if terraflex or anyone else makes a twisting shackle that works ?

Yes, another pair of front spring hangers

For the twister shackles, check into custom offroad stores, such as bluetorch fab, poison spider customs, etc

its difficult to use twisting shackles like the terraflex ones simply because of the weight of a bronco as opposed to a jeep, which they were originally intended for. that's not to say they wont work, but they would have to basically be custom made of seriously beefed up

Here's a photo of the shackle flip and another couple of a "twisting shackle".

Seems to work on this guys fullsize Bronco. I think its only 3/8" thick plate he used. I'd want 1/2" myself for side load pressure.

Sky Manufacturing sells a custom hanger made specifically for the rear shackle flip. Not too pricey (got mine for $75 on sale) and easy to install. Have it on my setup. Here's the link:
