I am rebuilding the NP208 transfer case in my 1982 Bronco. When I opened the case I found the speedometer gear to be chewed up in some areas. Now the problem is that I cannot find a replacement anywhere. All I can find are GM parts which appear to be longer than what came with the Ford variety of NP208s. Any help is appreciated for finding a replacement gear.
