Hey everyone!

I 'm new to the board and broncos in general. I just bought an 88 bronco w/351W. The previous owner overtourqed one of the waterpump to block bolts and snapped it off and tried to glue it with silicone!!! So, I need a water pump, a timing chain cover, a tailgate, and a good idea for an exhaust system (pass side manifold is leaking somewhere) I would also appreciate tips on selective removal of emissions equipment.

You can still get most of the engine parts from the sources Seabronc posted, local auto parts stores, and online sites like JEG's or Summit Racing. Best place to find a tailgate is a salvage yard, but you can buy a new shell from the Bronco sites. The exhaust manifolds are prone to cracking and causing a leak, and you can get new ones on ebay or from a salvage yard, too. I would not delete any emissions eguipment, since it can affect your computer and cause numerous problems, not to mention the legal issues.

Seabronc & justshootme are both right on the money with that info. You might be better off getting a new gate shell from Bronco Graveyard as the ones in the bone yards may be rusted.

Good luck and don't forget to post some pics :)>-

I have also found alot of great stuff at National Parts Depot. You can download a catalog on their web site. It looks like most of their parts are a little cheaper than Bronco Graveyard, but you do have to wade through the other ford truck models.
