what is this? and what is that?

I just bought this bronco and its got some hoses and lack of hoses that im not sure what to do with. The first one is a hose going from the oil fil cap on the valve cover. It doesnt hook to anything and i dont see a place to plug it in. Pictures attached. Also it looks likr i missing a hose on the opposite side right next to the coffee can. But i dont see a hose anywhere nearby to plug in. Pics attached. Thanks

pictures one and two are the valve cover to air box tube, if you look on the backside of the air filter box you will see a place that the hose clips on.

the 3rd picture is the the air inlet for the air pump for the emissions systems.

If im not worried about it passing smog do i need the one for the air pump to run correctly

its not missing anything so it should be functioning correctly
