A body lift will be a lot less $$$, not only to purchase, but it won't involve a front end alignment when you are finished.

James Duff sells a good neoprene kit complete, follow the directions and pay attention to the instructions on what needs to be disconnected before you lift the body.

If you search online you can find other body lifts for less $$, but I can't guarantee the quality.

I have helped install 4 of the Duff kits, take 2 people about 6 hours if you are both handy with tools.

The only problem I have ever incountered with a 3" body lift is the e-brake cable and the gap between the bumpers and the body.
