When I turn on my lights the right front blinker on 1978 will not come on. Changed the bulbs

When I turn my emergency switch on, it works, but real slow. Now my interior lights or glove box are not working. The right dash turn signal light does stay on. My radio works fine. I did replace my dash cluster but this was happening before. All other lights work fine. I'm changing every fuse

tomorrow and see if that helps. Ya'll think a pinched wire could couse this.I have ran out of Idea's.

Well I replaced the fuses and flasher. It fixed the dome light and glove box issue, but not the right turn signal. I now don't have instrument lights,

I can play with the turn signal handle and make the right dash turn signal light go out.I'm wandering is there is a turn signal switch,or is that the plastic

cam under the steering wheel the switch. Or could my instrument lighting issue be causing the turn signal problem.

Still digging

You might try changeing the flasher. Their might be 2-one for signal lights and emergency lights ( it has been awhile since I have worked on mine) but I am sure it will cure your problem. They cost around $4.oo each. Good luck.

My best guess is its in the colum. might have a bad unit for the directionals. You didn't mention if there was a right rear directional or not though. I think the only way to get at it is to take the steering wheel off.

Thanks for all ya'll tips. Found the front right light socket bad. when I started looking at the sockets

the metal tang that the black lead go's to was missing. There should be two metal tangs in the bottom

and one on the side. The Insturement cluster had a bad bulb and that took care of that problem.

Again thanks I'm sure I'll be crying later on about something.
