I have an 82 bronco and there time the engine is running at idle, the turn signal system works fine till in the higher rpm’s then the fuse blows. Anyone have this issue or could it be the voltage regulator is bad?

Hey Tahoe, weird that its only the turn signal fuse. Put a volt meter across the battery, (make sure its reading DC volts), then rev it up with the turn signals on till the fuse blows
It should read between 13 and 15 volts fairly steady, (depending on battery temp) if it keeps rising past 15 or 16, Id blame the regulator.
If its steady it could be an intermittent short that shows up with vibration.
hope that helps
Cheers
