I am looking for new tires. I was looking at 285/75R16. Will they rub? All suspension is stock and i have no lift

Or should i just go with a 265/75R16?

Unless ypu have special wheels 16 inch tires will not fit the wheel. Stock weels are 15 inch and 7 to 7.5 rim width.

Good luck,

285/75r16 is a 33x11.50 and 265/75r16 is a 32x10.50. 285/75r16 should fit, depending on rim backspacing. You might have some rub at full turns though.

Custom rims? 16" on 5x5.x5 is pretty rare.

I have 16" crager soft 8's with my bolt pattern, I either want 285's but if they might rub im just gonna get 265's.

Ok, like Bebop Man said, the larger ones will fit, but you will get rubbing on the Radius Arm but only in hard left and right turns. The 265's will probably not have a problem.

Good luck,
