t-case

put this out in another section , adding it here just in case. own a 89 bronco fullsize has a push button t-case (hate). believe it is a 1356 case does anyone know of a case that is a bolt on ( or close to a bolt on)?

yup, pretty much all the cases will bolt up to your transmission. the thing you have to pay attention to is getting the proper linkage so that you dont have to modify it much, if any at all. and also, your drivelines will probably end up having to be shortened/lengthened

1356 also came with a shifter,that sounds easyest. 1345 is veary close also.

thanks for the info. i guess it's shopping time, but first just to be on the safe side i'll pull a bolt pattern off the trans (just to be safe)
