t-case input needle bearings problem

I goofed and let the input shaft needle bearings fall out of the t-case while doing my nv 3550 trans upgrade. When I try to put 13 needle bearings in the gear that holds the input shaft the 13th wont fit. I can get 12 in with a gap but I am worried that will not work. Does anyone have any ideas?

I figured it out. The last bearing slides down from the top.
