So this is a new one to me never seen it before.
I was on my way to the beer store and as I made a left turn my steering locked just like the key was in the off position. I managed to straighten it out by force. This was a nerve wracking, near miss as my bronco almost ended parked under a big rig.
After some monkeying around with the wheel this is what I found;
If the wheel is pushed in, as in straight into the column it locks.
If I pull straight back on the wheel its smooth as silk stop to stop.
This applies no matter where the tilt steering is set to.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
