Spare tire mount/bracket

I picked up a spare tire bracket that mounts to the body. Natuaraly my 1982 Bronco didn't come with one, sooooo my question is can I/how do I mount the spare tire carrier? THX

Yo, the factory set-up used an inner metal brace built inside the rear 1/4 panel where the outside tire carrier bolted up. Without this brace, you'll just crumple the panel with any weight mounted to the carrier, like a spare tire or full 5 gal gas can. JSM84
