Can someone please tell me if a '92 5.0L Thunderbird engine is same block as '76 302? Will it fit in place of 302 in '76 Bronco and bolt up to C-4 Transmission?

Thanks

Just remember that the balance is differant on these motors so you need to use the flexplate and balencer from the 5.0 I think the AOD flexplate will work but you should check the convertor bolt patterns to make sure as there are 2 differant patterns for the c-4. Are you going to swap over to efi as well?

If you don't swap to the EFI, I might be interested to know what you would sell the mass air set up for.

S bolt19,

Will be using carb, however, don't want to sell items separately. Plan on putting everything together (computer, MAF, pump etc) so someone can make carb-EFI conversion easily.
