setting the timing

It's been a little while since I have been here. I need some help if I could on what to set my timing at on my 429. Any help? thanks. I tried searching but.......well here I am.

What did eng. come out of..? (& year) MSD prob. changes things.

This is back when gas was gas.... good starting point.
