rear window motor replacement

My rear window is stuck down, the motor does not seem to be working, I have checked the wiring and it is hot to the tailgate. How do I get to the motor when the window is stuck down?

Mine was stuck partially down when I replaced my motor. Once I got into the tailgate (remove the panel) I was able to gingerly lift the bottom rail of the window enough to make the motor turn just enough to get it to grab and pull up. It helps to have two people, one to lift the window, one to push the up button.
