rear window latchs

i need to remove the latches in ether side of my rear window.they seem to be a real puzzle.any help?

If memory serves, it's pretty simple but, you need to remove the inside/center/bottom access cover. (2 screws)

From there, you can disconnect the two rods so as to slide the catch & rods out ea. side.
