radius arms

i just put a 8 inch skyjacker system on the bronco. on 38' super swampers. broke both radius arms on it pulling into the grocery store. they are the stock radius arms. should i go getting the same radius arms to replace them or get some extended radius arms? and if so what type?

8" lift and you manage to use the stock radius arms?

i would probably go with something like this

Did the kit come with drop brackets? did you have the thing aligned? Where did the arms break?

The superlift extended ones are very strong very high quality . The lugs on your tires must have bit right into the arms to be able to break them off . Definately not good /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

yea it came with the drop down brackets and everything. the tires rubbed a little but not enough to break them.

yes it had an alignment right after the lift was put on. and it broke where the little arm is where the threads are for the nut

thats an odd place to break since any load would have been on the other side of that stud.

so if i get the radius arms you are showing or the skyjacker ones. then what brackets do i use? im pretty sure the 8" bracket that came with the kit arent going to work.
