Plug wire question

I'm going to change the plugs,wires,cap and rotor on my 86 Bronco - stock 351w carbed .

Azone and Adv Auto list wires for both eec and without eec. Will either wiresets work? Looking at Accell 4056 or 4069. Seems as the non eec wiresets are not in stock locally here.

I can only guess that the diff is the Secondary Resistance? Ford mentions that 2 ignition systems are used across these models/years. All carbureted engines use the Dura Spark system. The fuel injected 5.0L engine uses the TFI-IV system

coil wire to distr length? I can't recall the exact lenghts in either other than most V8 coils are next to intake manifold on driver's side in rel same location exc. for postioning (horiz/vertical mounting

I tend to prefer Ford Motorcraft parts; or by Ford's suppliers such as Walker for muffler/pipes/hangers; Wells..for ign parts..Purolator for most air/oil filters..etc.

In this case, the wire lengths will be = to original

I don't know if the Accel lengths are same

I do know that most aftermarket wires are either too long or ...
