LOL I must have been exhausted when I wrote my last post earlier. I replaced the distributor, not the alternator.
And I could have sworn I added a post from my cell about getting it to crank. I put a breaker bar on the crank again and turned it about 2 full revolutions, and it cranked. Now it just won't fire. I have an older post on here about this problem. I've been combating this no start issue off and on for a year now due to my hectic schedule.
I have to go in for surgery on both wrists soon and it sure would be nice to have the truck to drive.
Is it possible the computer is bad? Or perhaps the OEM length pushrods are too short? When I tighten the roller rockers they are either too loose or too tight. There doesn't seem to be a happy medium....
