well I joined this forum cause I plan on taking on what for me would be a huge project, but ill get to that after. my names jeff and im from central NJ. I currently own my third bronco first was a 77 second was a 95, and my current bronco is a 1990 eb in rather rough shape. ive also owned 2 f150's a f250 a f350 DRW, 3 rangers, and a E250. so yes im a ford truck guy. my 90 bronco is out of commission right now as it awaits new exhaust manifolds (on order), both doors hing pins, locking hubs, rear window motor/ electrical gremlins, and registration. recently I did shocks, ball joints, tie rod and end links, water pump, radiator, hoses, coolant over flow take, thermostat & housing, brakes, IAC, MAF, o2, full exhaust, gas tank, and a lot more. once all the parts (on the way, and in the trunk of the truck) are installed I start my new project..
and the project is....... rebuilding a NP435 and converting my 90 bronco with a 351 and a AOD to a 4 speed. the NP435 I received is in rough shape and came out of a 86 f150 with a 5.0. got it from a guy I work with and it came with everything in rough shape (transfer case, clutch, flywheel, pedals, ect). my truck is mostly a stock rebuild that I plan to keep that way, I just want to shift..
