need help

I havea 94 full size bronco with a mazda 5 speed and i do not have 3rd or 4th gears at the moment i just rebuilt the tranny today and i still dont have them i was just wondering if it could be the shift forks or if it could be something else so if anyone of you guys could help i would be greatful for any and all help

and just to add another question to what i asked before on the shift fork plate on the front is there suppose to be ***** or is there suppose to be three plugs in the holes that are there
