NEED BRONCO HELP ASAP

I own a 89 bronco 2, and will start up, but wont go into gear (standard), the clutch has presure to it still, so it is not lack of clutch fluid, im thinking the whole clutch has gone but i dont know much about vehicles, can SOMEONE PLZ help me out here and give me some suggestions on what it can be/dollar amount to fix (canadian).

clutch is gone

clutch kit about 110.00 rebuild one

175 new one

about 5 hour 450.00$ total labour

looking aroud 560.00

will the trans go into gear with the engine off ? if not may be smthg inside tranny ......shift forks syncronisers etc...
