I have an 89 bronco and I was thinking of putting lambo doorson it. Does anyone have any idea where I could find these at a reasonable price. I was also wondering if anyone else has done this and what are you opinions on it. I appreciate the help. Thanks.

i dont think it would work very well on a bronco(looks). just my opinion. all of the decent kits ive seen out there for other applications have been about $1000. there was a guys years ago around here that was doing some body mods on his 87-91 bronco. he ended up having the doors open suicide style and hinge at the rear. I only saw him get out of it once or twice at the gas station and never caught up to him to ask him about it.

check out this Bronco, I think it looks pretty good, I just haven't been able to find them under a grand either. I was hoping someone had a cool website to find them or could let me know if it was a easy DIY mod or if it was a pain in the a$$. I appreciate your input. Just an idea. I have many of them, I just need to figure out where I want to start.

I think you should be ashamed of your self...... why would you degrade a FoMoCo Product let alone a Bronco???

If you want to put something that *** on anyhting go buy some Honda, and sell your Bronco to someone who would appreciate it and not hack it up.......

I think that is quite uncalled for. Working on any vehicle, Bronco's included, is meant to be a way for an owner to express themself. I don't think I would personally put lambo doors on my Bronc, but I'm not going to tell someone that they shouldn't do it. Since something like lambo doors aren't something that are common on a Bronco it will be even more unique, and in a sense, can be appreciated even more.

Don't be an crazy baldhead!

As a Honda owner and Community Organizer for an S2000 forum, i can assure you that 95% of Honda owners don't do lambo doors. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

With respect to the original post, I don't think it would look good, but to each his own. I wouldn't personally do it. B)

setting it up with scissor doors will be hard and as everyone has mentioned the hinge kits run upwards of $1K. A better idea might be to go with a gull-wing style. Gullwings would be easier to fab yourself and in *my* opinion at least they'd look & work better. Just a thought.

I agree with this, its killing it being a Ford by throwing on some lambo doors. Spend the money elsewhere.
