Welcome to the Zone. Post some pictures and also put some in your member photo album.

Wow, sounds like you need to upgrade your axles to Dana 60. That engine will definately do damage to the Dana 44's that come with the truck.

Good luck,

:)>-

As far as Dana 60's go, I guess the availability of older Ford F350's in your area will be a key issue. Here is link to a gold mine of information for Dana 60's http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavista/60_front/

I just spent a hour browsing thru that site  /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> . Real interesting :-B .

Good luck,

:)>-

Welcome to Bronco Zone!!! I think Seabronc has you on the right track for the D60/D70 axles. Good luck with the engine problem, too.

G'day Kevin, which big block did you get, and what is your drivetrain set-up?

There are a few good supliers of parts here in Oz.

Kevin, I am in Perth, I often use Superoo wreckers, they do Ford parts only and are reasonably cheap, another is Suburbanimports, web site only, just Google these names to have a look, which series is your 460, which heads?

Hey Kevin, I worked in and around Moree in NSW for a few months awhile back ,and was surprised by the number of Ford vehicles the blokes drove. I even found a supplier for my shaker assembly from 'down under', so alot of us in the States have connections over there. If you require any form of help on a Ford truck, we'll be glad to help and a few members here are from OZ as well. In our words, we'll hook you up!!!
