I have a 87' eddie bauer with a 351W. How can i tell which ignition system i have. I am new at this bronco stuff. I know that i have a duraspark ignition module but i am not sure which EEC i have.

Im going out on a limb here, this is not my area of expertise but your engine should be carburated therefore I wouldnt think you have an eec. But I have been wrong once or twice before. (I'm second guessing myself I cant decide if 87 was the last year for carb or the first year for efi) anyway ill stick with that answer. There ya go, thats my final answer...

86 was the first year for efi with the 302 ,i belive that in late 87-early 88 the 351 picked up the efi. any way im guessing that it does not have one as well but like my freind yardape said ive been wrong a time or two as well good luck glad you got a real truck

The 87 351W should be EFI, with the EEC-IV sytem. Not sure whether you have the DuraSpark II or TFI ignition, since 87/88 was the break. Here's a page from the AutoZone library that may help you:
