I, had bought the wrong shim, from East Coast Gear Supply. I, had told them it was for a 1978 Ford Bronco, and they sent their five inch outside diameter, with six bolt holes shim. This shim, fits a Blazer. I, returned them, and paid the restocking fee. Rock Auto parts, has the wrong shim, also. Its outside diameter, is five inches, and it has six bolt holes. I, was able to buy one, used camber shim, from North East Classic Ford Parts. I, used their shim as a template, and started making my own.

Another person, somewhere in the web sphere, said to only mill the spindle's ******. Milling the spindle, does not place the caliper, in the same plane, as the disc! The bracket, that holds the caliper, must be in the same orientation. Thus, the shim is placed between the steering knuckle, and the disc brake's caliper bracket.

The Bronco's reverse rotation, DANA 44 axle has one, to three degrees positive camber. I, made the shims, and a milling fixture. I, had a local machine shop, perform the milling. The finished shim's had five bolt holes, and an outside diameter, of six inches. Their thickness, was milled to 0.18 on one side, and to 0.04 on the other. With the homemade 0.04/0.18 shims, and a three quarter of a degree, offset bushing, my Bronco now has half a degree, negative camber. I, set the toe-in, to 0.1 of an inch.
