so i'm getting a front dana 44 and currently have the dana 44 ifs.. i plan on getting just it from the junk yard off an old 70's truck.. since its coming from the junk yard. i;m just getting the housing.. is there any parts that i could use from my old dana 44 ifs?

im not sure on this but i dont think so, i have never done a solid axle swap

You'll want the solid D44 axle suspension parts, too.
