I'm pretty new with broncos because i'm 17 and just bought this 94' Bronco (5.8L). I was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy awesome extras for it. Right now its all stock but I want to make it an eye catcher. I'm going to lift it, and take the shell off and put a roll cage in and make the back a convertable option with latching the shell back on. Thanks. B)

jeffs has a lot of bronoc specific parts, broncograveyard.com i get some of my stuff from 4wheelparts.com also. good luck and get some pics up.

does anyone know where you can get latches for the shell. to make it easier to take on and off?

They dont exsist, at least to my knowledge. Do a forum search because someone was talking about trying that.

Your best bet for the shell is to just replace it with a soft canopy... avail (last i checked) through bronco graveyard
am working on making a custom snap latch for the shell, but haven't worked out all the bugs yet.

if you want street cool (or even a bit of o-r cool) go to stylinconcepts.com. they have some killer instant cool bolt on and stick on stuff, not to mention performance kits.

I have been building up my Bronco since July 2004, I researched the web last winter for like 3 mos and looked at all kinds of sites and started by getting as many catalogs as I could. I have bought parts and had no problems from Broncograveyard, AJUSA, Summit, Jegs, 4WheelParts, NPD (national parts depot), and LMC. I have spent enough money on Edelbrock parts that they should give me some stock options or something.
It all comes down to what you want do with your ride - I started with engine upgrades, then the brakes, next for me is the transmission and then the exhaust, soft top and then the interior (I don't even have a stereo yet - Thank God for MP3 players!!) and finally some body work - paint job, etc. I basically built it up to with towing my boat and camper in mind and some hill climbing/mudding/trail riding and pulling out stuck chevy's.
Speaking of that top hold down topic..have anyone ever seen those hood hold down latches on 60-ish Jeeps? What would it look like to use like three of those on each side to hold a top down?
