Help! Eddie has the shakes

Ok so about 3 months ago i had to have my transmission replaced completely. After a couple days of running it started to shake really bad when it got to second or third gear. At first I thought the transmission just had a little breaking in to do; however it has gotten worse and now it is about every time I drive. It happens when im just coasting, but when I get up to about 55-65 mph it sometimes stops. Any help is appreciated.

Sure sounds like one or more of the U-joints on the drive shaft are bad.

Thank you, on the drive this morning it didn't shake at all... Could that still be the problem?

Actually yes.  I have had this problem on several trucks, and in all cases it had to do with some part of the drive shaft, Bearings, U-joints, double cardan joint (which is two u-joints, a centering ball and a H-frame),  also the slip yoke.  If any of these are going bad or the slip yoke is sticking it will cause the problem.  

If you haven't maintained the drive shaft by regular maintenance, I would suggest that you take the shaft off and do a complete rebuild.  Here are a few U-Tube videos you may want to watch. A couple of them refer to a Jeep, but the guy does a great job of explaining what he is **** and it is the same for the Bronco.

OK, I've gone nuts with videos but they are worth watching,especially if you have never done this before.  It is doable yourself, but if you don't feel like you can do it a shop can but for a lot more money.  The parts are readily available.
