Hard Top Window Trim

my bronco has the rubber window trim with the chrome stripe in the middle around the side windows of the top. It is really old and the chrome strip is cracked all to ****. My question is how hard is it to remove it and replace it? I know I can get it pretty cheap from LMC or prob JBG. But will I have to mess with the glass? or is it as easy as peel off and replace? Thanks for your help.

Thanks those pics answered my question. I dont want to replace the silver, I just want to replace the rubber with the kind like you have on this picture (http://www.supermotors.net/registry/media/72091). I think it will look a lot better all black. Where did you get yours?
