guages not working

i recently swapped out my instument cluster from my 1971 bronco to a cluster in better shape with good glass. i marked each wire making sure i put them back in the correct place. now when the truck is started, both the temp. guage and oil press. guage needles go all the way to the right. any ideas what is wrong?

Are the guages on your new cluster new or the old guages installed on a new cluster? If they are from the old cluster, did they work on the old cluster??? You may just need new temp and oil guages.....
