Front Mount Receiver?

Can't seem to find this anywhere, they all for 92-96 Broncos. Is there a reason why? Suspension differences? Frame differences?

Thought I seen one advertised @ Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. I believe in the bumper section. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I saw it there too, but it's for 92-96 only. Thinking I should just order one and see if it works.
