I just bought my first Bronco, a 1972 Bronco out of Neb.

After going though it the Body is gone, rusted out beyond repair.

I have removed the body and I am looking for some advice.

I am looking at installing a Fiberglass Tub and front end.

I am a welder by trade and I am also looking at buying all the metal parts and welding a new tub together.

I live on the Texas Gulf coast and I am a little afraid of the rust issue.

Are the Fiberglass Tubs any good and are there issues installing one that I need to know about.

Thanks

Check out Mike at Broncodesign. I've talked to him several times, His product seems to be impressive.

Thanks for the info,

Can a steel front end be mounted to a fiberglass tub?

I'm pretty sure it can be done. When I purchase one, I'm going to use my steel front fenders and inner fenders, grille, tailgate, and hood. When I talked to Mike, I had concerns about the tub with my original hardtop on the tub because of the weight, he said it could handle it.
